45-YEAR REUNION

 

WHAT:        Class of 1963 45-year class reunion

 

WHEN:        Friday, October 17th, and Saturday, October 18th, 2008

 

WHERE:      On Friday, October 17th, we will meet at Putter’s Pub & Grill (first floor room) at 1524 – 4th Avenue, Rock Island, for an informal gathering (cash bar with food available) beginning at 7 p.m.  There’s also a Rocky home game with Moline that evening, so you might want to catch the game and then join us afterwards.  For free tickets, see below.*

 

On Saturday, October 18th, we’ll gather again at Putter’s Pub & Grill (upper level room) at 7 p.m. for a casual evening with hot and cold hors d’oeuvres ($15.00 per person by September 18th; $20.00 after the 18th) and a cash bar.  A photographer will be available for group pictures, which can be purchased that evening.

 

HOTEL:       If you need hotel reservations, the Holiday Inn at 226 – 17th Street in Rock Island is reserving a block of rooms for 1963 RIHS graduates with a special rate ($79.00 per night) for the weekend.  You must MAKE YOUR OWN reservations by September 23rd. The telephone number is 309/794-1212.  Please ask for Mindy (Ext. 1216) and indicate that you are reserving a room in the RIHS block.
